Who is eligible to participate?

If you fell ill with COVID-19 between March 1, 2020 and April 30, 2020 while working at a meatpacking plant in High River, Alberta and you are 18 years of age and above, we want to hear from you!

If I decide to participate, what will be required from me?

Text "Yes" or Call (587)-889-9569 to leave your Name and Phone number. If you are the right person to be interviewed for the project, you will be contacted by a member of Habitus Collective within 48 hours to arrange a 60-90 minute interview over the phone or by video call.

If english is NOT your first language and you feel more comfortable in your own language, a language interpreter will be made available to you

If I qualify and do the interview, will I be paid for my time?

Yes, you will absolutely be compensated for your time! The compensation can be made as an e-transfer to you directly or through a gift card that will be mailed to you.

What happens to the information collected?

Your identity and personal information stays confidential. It is stored securely and feedback is analyzed anonymously.

What if I participate and then decide later that I am no longer interested?

You can choose to opt out at any time!
